Sanjay Sharma receives ACT Multicultural Individual Champion Award for uniting communities

Sanjay Sharma has been awarded the ACT Multicultural Individual Champion Award for his efforts in promoting cultural diversity and community unity in Canberra and the ACT. As the founder of the Indian Australian Multicultural Sports Association and Yerrabi District Cricket Club, Sharma has used cricket to bring people together, organise events like the Multicultural Cup and Independence Day Tape Ball Matches.
