Stories from India: In North Goa, cyclist and book lover Eliza D'Souza is giving libraries a unique twist by delivering books to readers' doorsteps on a bicycle. Along with his friend Emmanuel, he has built a library of around 4,000 books and personally cycles long distances to deliver and collect them.
