To prevent educators from leaving the profession, Australia's education ministers are proposing a revamp of teacher training. Rekha Rajvanshi works in two public schools in NSW as a learning and support teacher. As part of this interview, she discusses what are the practical problems in teaching, the challenges surrounding classroom management post-COVID, and issues in teaching Hindi in the public schooling system.
