Over 100 people have died in catastrophic flash flooding in central Texas this month. Search efforts are still underway for those who are missing. Torrential rains caused the Guadalupe River to overflow, inundating areas including Mo-Ranch, a Presbyterian summer camp and retreat centre. Concerns are being raised about the effectiveness of weather warnings and why some camps did not evacuate in time, despite forecasts of extreme conditions.
