"Namastey Behno aur Bhaiyon” (Hello, sisters and brothers) was the greeting style of India's Radio legend Ameen Sayani when he introduced India’s most popular first Hindi film songs countdown show 'Binaca Geetmala' on Radio Ceylon. In this part of an exclusive interview recorded with SBS Hindi in 2013, he reminisced about the challenges that came with the immense success of the show and why the popular songs had to retire and were crowned 'Sartaj Geet'.
