In multicultural Australia, community events often help strengthen social cohesion and bring people together across backgrounds. During Ramadan, one such gathering is the Ramadan Night Market in Melbourne’s Dandenong suburb. In this report, SBS Hindi speaks with Indian migrant families as well as people from other communities to understand what the event means to them.
