Prime Minister Anthony Albanese won't say whether a national cabinet meeting is required to sort out a dispute with state and territory governments about health funding. Quizzed on the matter in Western Australia, one of the states whose government is reported to be at loggerheads with the federal government over the funding, Mr Albanese says negotiations are going on behind the scenes, and he won't drag them into the public arena.
