A two-week ceasefire between the US and Iran has paused a rapidly escalating crisis in the Middle East, with both sides agreeing to negotiations and limited access through the Strait of Hormuz. However, reports of continued strikes and regional violence highlight ongoing instability. Diplomatic efforts are intensifying, including proposed talks in Pakistan, but key disputes, especially over Iran’s nuclear program, remain unresolved, raising doubts about a lasting resolution.
