In this episode, five entrepreneurs from across Australia look back at their earliest days and speak directly to their younger selves at the start of their entrepreneurial journey. They revisit the confusion of the first year: navigating unfamiliar systems, workplace culture, language and humour, adapting to local expectations, and even adjusting to the weather. Along the way, they share practical lessons, hard-won insights, and advice they wish they had known before taking their first steps.
