New data from Johnson Partners shows that only five of Australia’s top 100 companies are headed by CEOs of Asian heritage, highlighting a significant representation gap despite the country’s rapidly growing Asian population. Two CEOs of Asian descent, along with a workplace diversity officer, discuss why corporate Australia still struggles with cultural diversity in leadership, the barriers Asian professionals face in reaching executive roles, and what impactful change looks like.
