Will Labor’s three hours of free power really cut your bills?

Australians across three states will soon be able to enjoy three hours of free electricity in the middle of the day under a new plan aimed at sharing excess solar energy produced during off-peak hours. The initiative has been welcomed by environmental groups, but some members of the Opposition remain sceptical.
