'You need a lot of patience' says CALD helper who supports others despite her own struggles

Life as a CALD (Culturally and Linguistically Diverse) carer can be both challenging and rewarding. We speak with Nidhi Shekaran, a 39-year-old CALD worker, who has cerebral palsy but spends her time taking care of a clinically depressed patient.
