Breaking News: Victorian schools in lockdown following 'threatening calls'

Victoria Police has confirmed that several schools in the state have received threatening calls.

A number of schools across Victoria are in a lockdown after receiving threatening phone calls this morning.

Victoria Police is aware and has confirmed this development on their twitter account.

Sketchy details are available at the moment however police shared that the schools have activated their emergency management plans as a precaution.

3AW reported that these schools are located in state’s West at Portland, Hamilton and Traralgon.
