Harish Kataria is respected name in Indian film industry. He has been associated with Bollywood for more than forty years.Jitarth Jai Bharadwaj had a candid conversation with him about the state of regional film industry in India and Australia.
Three years after moving to Mumbai (Bombay as it was called than) Mr Kataria made is first movie Sister in 1978. His love for his native place Haryana was such he went back to Panipat and ended up making Haryanvi movie Batewoo.
These days he is busy with his new venture in Punjabi language Simran.
