With weeks to go before federal May election, but the April budget has been presented last Tuesday the 2nd of April 2019. So who will win or loose?

Winners are low and middle-income earners, small businesses, apprentice, carers, commuters, mental health sectors, older Australians, ABC and SBS.

Loosers are refugees, potential migrants, welfare recipients and banks.
