Malaysia seas is another critical issue in South China Sea apart from Chinese territorial disputes with its Asian neighbours. Malaysia has taken this matter to the International Court of Justice to deal with Singapore over the Rocky Island which is much more important than South China Sea disputes and within ASEAN itself.
