New South Wales lower house parliamentarians have passed a bill to decriminalise abortions in New South Wales and will become law if members of the upper house agree.

Under what circumstances will it be legal for women in New South Wales to terminate a pregnancy if members of the New South Wales upper house agree to a new bill?  When will the public know if the bill is law?
