Older members of Australian society are staying in the work force longer so there needs to be greater opportunities for them to learn new skills and develop new capabilities.
Is Australia adequately prepared to meet the education needs of its ageing population? Why? What problems do older learners still face? Why does working benefit the elderly and society in general?
