The dislocating impact of the pandemic on mental health is widely acknowledged. Sometimes the result has been an increase in nervous breakdowns. Some people are more prone to breakdown than others.


Margaretha, is a lecturer in the Psychology Faculty at Airlangga University and a PhD candidate at Melbourne University.  Her clear suggestions about the best strategies to prevent nervous breakdown may surprise you.
