New data has suggested that call centre shutdowns overseas due to Covid19 may have a positive impact in the local job market.


Covid-19 has forced changes to companies around the world - and the closure of offshore call centers or call centers may have benefits for Australia.

Australian banks employed 1,500 new staff and rehired more than 2,200 employees last month in an effort to handle pandemic-driven call requests for information at customer relations centers.

Using artificial intelligence or BOT is one way to handle calls from customers, but it does not give satisfaction to customers.
