It's a trend being felt across the industry, with new figures by the bureau of statistics revealing more than 90-thousand tourism jobs were lost during the three months to June, taking employment in the sector to its lowest level since 2014.
No part of the tourism industry was spared, with the most jobs lost in sports and recreation services, accommodation and hospitality.
