Australians and New Zealanders return from China. What about the Chinese students who want to resume their study in Australia?

Some Australians and New Zealanders have had their first day of quarantine on Christmas Island due to the coronavirus, others are preparing to take an evacuation flight from China to New Zealand.


Have any of the people who have arrived on Christmas Island shown symptoms of the Coronavirus?  How will the current Australian policy impact on returning Chinese students?  Why is the Chinese Embassy concerned about the way some passengers have been treated?
