The Prime Minister has emerged from self-quarantine, to enter intense negotiations on climate policy with the junior Coalition partner, the Nationals.


PM Scott Morrison is trying to strike a deal on net zero emissions by 2050, ahead of a critical international climate change summit next month/  But the Coalition is divided on committing to the target.
