The digital world moves quickly, keeping up with technological change can be difficult, especially for those who lack basic skills or confidence.
A survey of 2,000 people conducted by social change charity Good Things Foundation Australia found that almost two-thirds of 2,000 respondents were unsure of their ability to keep up with technological change.
One in four said they needed more support to keep up to date with information.
