This year Christians across Australia are back in churches to worship together at Easter. For them Easter is a time to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ on the third day after his crucifixion. In such a technologically sophisticated age why does Easter remain important to Christians?


Rev Christian Tirtha is the minister from the Indonesian Christian Church in Melbourne.   He tells Sri Dean why Easter is the foundational event in the Christian faith.
