Chef William Wongso traveled to Australia to introduce Indonesian culinary culture under the "Indonesia Spice Up Australia" program of the Coordinating Ministry for Maritime Affairs and Investment.


Chef William visited Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne to introduce Indonesian culinary culture through authentic Indonesian flavors utilising spices under the program "Indonesia Spice Up Australia".

He also explained that his latest challenge assigned to him was to design the menu for heads of state who will attend the G20 Summit in Bali later this year and the criteria behind his design.

Chef William also gives cooking demos using simple ingredients to produce authentic delicious dishes.
