Victoria again tightened the limitation of the corona virus after a double-digit surge in the case of infection.


The Victorian government tightened the restrictions on gathering from midnight last night until July 12 to 5 people in the room and 10 people outside the room.
Starting Monday, June 23, the number of customers in Cafes, restaurants and pubs will return to 20 people until July 12.

South Australia is agreeing to close its border with Victoria to minimize health risks to its population.

The state health department said the woman, in her 60s, was a traveler returning from abroad from the Costa Luminosa cruise ship.

No new cases have been recorded in the past 24 hours, but there are still two active cases, both in hotel quarantine.

In New South Wales, a traveler returning in hotel quarantine was the only new case of the virus in the past 24 hours.

Australia's death toll remains at 102, with confirmed virus cases since the initial outbreak reached 7400.
