Commissioner for Indonesia’s Commission for Violence Against Women, Magdalena Sitorus, explains the latest twists and turns in the case of Baiq Nuril Maknun, a victim of sexual harassment who was nonetheless found guilty of breaching Indonesia’s Information and Electronic Transactions Law.
