Education and understanding are the keys to protecting work places from the pandemic

There are ethical issues about the production and use of the COVID-19 vaccines. One issue is whether vaccination should be mandatory. This is especially true of workplaces. What should be the vaccine rights and responsibilities of employers and workers?


Dr Retna Siwi Padmawati is an anthropologist form Gadjah Mada University.  She specialises in the anthropology of health issues.  Dr Siwi explains to Sri Dean sensible and fair practices for preventing the spread of COVID in the work place.
