Flash Flood in East Flores

Floods and landslides hit a number of areas in East Nusa Tenggara. Cyclone Seroja, centered in the waters south of NTT and northern Australia, caused above-normal rainfall for several days. Hundreds of dead victims were found while thousands were displaced, accompanied by property damage everywhere.
