For the last year and a half people in different Australian states and territories have endured lockdown. Sometimes the lockdown has been for a long time. People in some states have experienced multiple lockdowns. How can we deal with that?


Ratih ArruumListiyandini is a practising psychologist.  She explains to Sri Dean how individuals and families can look after their mental well-being during lock-down and even turn the negatives of lockdown into positives.
