As part of World Laughter Day celebrations on the first Sunday in May, Margaretha, P.G.Dip.Psych.,M.Sc, a lecturer and researcher in the Psychology Faculty at Airlangga University and the Chairperson of the East Java Care for Autism Forum talks about laughter in our lives.


Why does more research need to be done on the link between laughter and cognition?  How important is laughter to our well-being? Is laughter culturally bound?  Margaretha explains the importance of natural and contrived laughter.
