Having trouble paying debt instalments can happen to anyone. What to do in such predicament?

Having trouble with paying your debt or loan instalments when they are due can happen to anyone, especially during unprecedented global crisis such as the COVID-19 pandemic.

Expert says people has the right to weigh solution options when they experience financial difficulties.

SBS Indonesian spoke with David Sutantyo, finance broker and Managing Director of Twelve Grains Capital regarding this matter.

"Creditors have an obligation to work together [with borrowers] to find solutions," Mr Sutantyo said.
