A recent report from the World Health Organisation announced that world-wide the COVID-19 pandemic has dramatically affected peoples’ mental health. For example, fear of contamination appears to have increased Obsessive Compulsory behaviours related to hygiene. What can be done to help people who suffer such mental stress?


Ratih ArruumListiyandini is a practising psychologist.  She explains to Sri Dean what Obsessive Compulsory Disorder (OCD) is, and how it can affect peoples’ lives, not only in the present but also in the future.
