Although markets vary across different states, the housing market in Australia was facing problems even before the arrival of COVID-19. During the Pandemic the trend of falling prices has continued, but measures taken by the Reserve Bank, the government and the banks have limited the number of people wanting to sell up.


Young home buyers may benefit from the state of the current housing market as property agent Arief Wibowo explains.
