Times are changing but it still is an unusual to see women riding big motorbikes in Indonesia. Earlier this year a group of ten women caused a stir when they celebrated International Women’s Day when together they road big bikes around the streets of Jakarta. Why are they so committed to one another and to demonstrate their love for one another and for biking?
Johana Krisna Murti was one of those ten women motor-bike riders. She explains to Sri Dean the importance of riding motor bikes in her life from the exhilaration of being on the road to her belief that the best friendships she has found in life have been through biking.
