President Joko Widodo visited Ukraine and Russia this week. This visit cannot be separated from Indonesia's efforts to play an active role in peace.
President Jokowi certainly does not want the summit, which is usually attended by all leaders of the G20 countries, including United States President Joe Biden, Australian PM Albanese and Russian President, Putin, to be chaotic due to the influence of the Russo-Ukrainian war.
For this reason, President Jokowi's visit this time must be interpreted more broadly.
