Foreign Minister Julie Bishop has used a speech at the United Nations to call on the world to unite against rogue nation North Korea and terrorist groups.
The United Nations 193 member states have been taking turns to address the General Assembly this week. Foreign Minister Julie Bishop used her opportunity to take aim at North Korea over its nuclear program.
