There is real hope that the building a space called “Kampus Tabalong” on the banks of the Cikalong river in West Java will be effective in getting people to care for their environment to mitigate the risk of flooding. How?


In an effort to contain excessive water flow, local authorities in Cirebon turned open, grassy flood-prone fields into a recreational space.  But apart from encouraging environmental awareness the area also became a place of relaxation, especially for people dealing with the impact of COVID-19.
