KBR 68H report: Floods and Climate Change.

There have been suggestions from Greenpeace Indonesia that the recent severe floods in Jakarta are related to the Government’s disregard of trends in climate change.

Why have some people been critical of the Indonesian authorities’ inability to mitigate flooding?  What does the Bureau of Meteorology believe has caused the flooding?  What does the President believe?  Is there a chance for more flooding in the immediate future?  KBR 68H reports.
