The village of Ciampea, Bogor, West Java exemplifies the Indonesian values of tolerance and harmony. Places of worship for different religions are situated close to each other. A culture of tolerance has taken root. How is it maintained?

The Budhi Bhakti primary school in Ciampea emphasises the village’s culture of harmony and tolerance.  It is where students learn to respect each other.  The team at KBR 68 H visited the school and talked with teachers and students who explained that the school’s strength is its cultural diversity.
