In December, Indonesia passed laws to criminalise sex outside of marriage in three years’ time. What happens then to the LGBTIQ+ people in Indonesia? They don’t exist, do they?


Budi Sudarto, Director of Ananda Training and Consultancy is a member of the LGBTIQ+ community in Melbourne, Yayanto Damanik Tan, artist and member of the LGBTIQ+ “Selamat Datang” in Sydney and Alfred Pek, member of the Queer Community in Sydney shared their experiences as LGBTIQ+ people to Sri Dean. For them 'World Pride' is the agency of their existence.
