According to Election witness Ms Tiur Ratu, the major problem causing Indonesians in Sydney lose their right to vote is due problems from missing data, swapped voters ballot box locations and the slow process in verification of voters identity.

Ms Tiur Ratu was one of the witness at the Yagoona Polling Booth (TPS), one of the TPS which opened until around 8pm to enable the voters lodged their vote.

According to her observation, the major problem which caused the number of voters fell to a category of special cases (Daftar Pemilih Khusus - DPK) was from missing data, swapped voters ballot box locations and the slow process in verification of voters identity.
