The Global Academy is expected to fast-track elite talent from around the world into the US college-basketball system and, ultimately, the NBA itself.
A groundbreaking partnership between Basketball Australia and the United States' National Basketball Association (NBA) has led to a Global Academy for the sport in Canberra.
Based at the Australian Institute of Sport, the academy also gives Australia's best prospects the chance to prove they belong with the world's best.
