Spending on average electricity for households in Australia could exceed 2.5 thousand dollars this year, due to skyrocketing energy prices


Retrofit will play an important role in Australia's journey to net-zero and the Federal government knows it.

The May budget offered households 1 billion dollars in cheap loans for energy upgrades.

Despite receiving government assistance, it is still a long way to go, as the average home in Australia has an energy efficiency rating of 1.8 out of 10 causing it to overheat in summer and cold in winter.
