The 'filthy five' car brands accused of environmental damage

The Climate Council has identified five global car companies whose vehicles are to blame for Australia's alarming climate pollution.

To address this, the government will implement vehicle efficiency standards starting next year. But the auto industry argues the proposal is too ambitious.
