Experts warn that scams targeting the rental sector are becoming more sophisticated. Real estate group and tenants are advised to be vigilant.


Realestate.com.au issued a statement bawha fake rental listings are rare, but a small number of fake rental listings by owners have landed on the realestate.com.au website and other property platforms.

This is of great concern because it can leak the privacy and security of consumers which is the absolute priority of personal confidentiality.
