Former Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull has urged Scott Morrison to attend the crucial global climate conference in Glasgow, saying "history is made by those who turn up".

Climate change is also dubbed a 'climate crisis' by world leaders, who are meeting in November for the crucial United Nations COP-26 talks.

Prime Minister Scott Morrison is still unsure if he will attend as the trip would coincide with Australia opening up.
