Presidential challenger Jose Ramos-Horta has won Timor-Leste's runoff election

Mr Jose Ramos-Horta has decisively beat incumbent president Francisco 'Lu Olo' Guterres by getting over 62 per cent of the vote. He is set to be inaugurated on 20th May.
