An artist's works are usually the artist's embodiment or realization of politics, ideas, desires, stance or criticism that are deemed necessary to be communicated to masses or people.


Patriot Mukmin is a fine artist who is also a lecturer at ITB.

To SBS Indonesian Patriot Mukmin explained the uniqueness of his work which was exhibited at the University of Melbourne in April 2024.

His work relates to the situation of political power struggles in Indonesia from 1945 - 1965.
